It's not currently possible to change the from address when writing a reply or forwarding a message you received in one of your accounts, though you can switch aliases. Setting the From address is currently only possible when composing a brand new email.
We're hoping to add support for this behavior in the future. Stay tuned!

Would very much like to see this, even if it's a Pro feature, as I often receive an email into the wrong account but would like to correct the account before the thread gets any bigger.
The workaround would seem to be a simple one. If you forward the email to the address you want to SEND it from you can then forward it FROM that address.......
